Work with delegate sales manager in contacting new clients, decision makers and key clients with the goal of selling delegate passes.
Role responsibilities:-
Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
Work with Delegate sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
Ensures that goals and targets are met in line with the department objectives
Identifies telesales and delegate sales potential market growth opportunity
Responsible for delegate profiling for each event selling (Identifies job titles relevant to each event selling)
Helps to build rapport with existing and build new clientele database
General administrative tasks

Phone based role
The role is office based and may require working longer hours if needed.
RequirementsFormal Education
University Degree in any course, preferably business related.
Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year of Delegate Sales experience in the conference industry
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have experience in conference sales, business to business sales, media sales, ad sales, intangible sales, consultative selling, publishing, trade show sales, interactive media sales and or event sales preferred.
Strong phone based presentation skills
Positive attitude
Confident contract negotiator able to work with senior level executives
Ability to work independently and be self-driven
Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment
