Looking for a meaningful Internship opportunity? Are you ready to be part of something new and dynamic? Join ENGIE North Africa as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Intern ENGIE North Africa is hiring a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Intern for 6 months period.

What you will do? Work closely with Head of HR and the DEI Committee. Research, develop and implement DEI practices and initiatives in line with ENGIE group's strategy. Lead the DEI committee, providing assistance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Proactively work with the Committee and the business to identify and address systemic barriers to DEI. Implement metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Follow up the development of partnerships with external organizations to support DEI initiatives. Ensure the execution of DEI activities (workshops, surveys, focus groups, and other initiatives). Communicate internally and externally on DEI initiatives and activities. Profile: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Communication. Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT literacy is required. Strong communication skills in French and English. Fast learner, and open to feedback. High attention to detail and strong time management skills. Good writing skills. What we offer you ?
