Job Summary

:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Debt Collector to manage overdue rental payments and outstanding debts related to our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in debt collection, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of real estate rental agreements and UAE debt collection laws.

Key Responsibilities

:

Contact Debtors

: Reach out to tenants or clients with overdue rental payments through calls, emails, and written notices.

Negotiate Payment Plans

: Discuss and negotiate suitable payment schedules or settlements for outstanding balances.

Track Payment Schedules

: Ensure that clients adhere to agreed-upon payment plans and follow up regularly on overdue amounts.

Maintain Records

: Keep detailed records of all communication, payment agreements, and actions taken for each account.

Resolve Disputes

: Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues related to outstanding debts.

Collaborate with Other Departments

: Coordinate with finance and legal teams to take appropriate actions on severe delinquencies or legal matters.

Prepare Reports

: Provide regular reports to management on the status of collections, including success rates and challenges.

Ensure Compliance

: Follow all UAE legal regulations and company policies when handling debt collection matters.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role, ideally in real estate or property management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and real estate rental agreements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
