Responsibilities:

Contact debtors via phone calls, letters, and emails to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
Persuade debtors to pay amounts due on overdue accounts.
Keep accurate records of all communications with debtors.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments.
Advise debtors on ways to clear their debts and provide information on debt repayment options.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts.
