Debt Collection Officer
Job Description
• Organizing and keeping track of customer's outstanding debt accounts
• Contacting debtors to learn more about their payment status
• Negotiating payments and payment plans with customers
• Making and receiving calls from non-paying customers
• Negotiating payment terms and escalating complex cases
• Detecting deviations from predefined payment schedules
• Contacting and emailing defaulters to remind them of their obligations
• Detecting and apprehending fugitive defaulters via telephone and desktop investigations
• Proposing reasonable, well-thought-out payment plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• collection: 5 years (Preferred)
