Job description The position is primarily responsible for the smooth operation of the Customer Service Information Desk / booth on a daily basis, ensuring that all customer service-related activities are carried out in accordance with the prescribed policies and guidelines and that the services provided are of the highest level standards to ensure a pleasant customer experience. Requirements At least 2 years\' of collection experience in the UAE. Excellent experience in negotiating payment terms with customers in real estate sector. Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline is necessary while having a qualification in finance will be an advantage. Maintain a record of assigned accounts in order to identify outstanding debts. Plan your strategy for recovering outstanding payments. Ability to work under pressure.
