Job Description
Looking for an experienced Debt collection officer for an reputed firm in UAE. Minimum 2 YEARS UAE Experience required.
• Contacting Debtors : Reach out to individuals or companies with overdue payments through calls, emails, or letters.
• Negotiating Payment Plans : Work with debtors to establish repayment arrangements or settlement terms.
• Maintaining Records : Keep accurate records of communication, payment history, and collections progress.
• Ensuring Compliance : Follow legal guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and lawful debt collection practices.
