Line of Service AdvisoryIndustry/Sector ConsumerSpecialism Operations StrategyManagement Level Senior Manager & Summary Our Deals Strategy & Operations (DSO) team offers strategic advice to a broad range of stakeholders - regional and international corporates, leading private equity houses, family offices, major banks, funds, government entities, and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities. We deliver deep strategic, commercial and operational insights to help clients think through investment/divestment decisions about businesses. We advise our clients on critical operational and transformational challenges, and evaluate business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength, to deliver a rigorous appraisal of a business commercial and operational outlook. Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.The RoleAs a Deals Strategy Senior Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provides strategic and operational advice for our clients from setting the deal strategy to post-deal executionSupporting our clients in conducting commercial due diligence on potential target acquisitionsDeveloping business plans and corporate strategiesComplete deal strategy, market assessments and commercial viability for mergers and acquisitions dedicated to the Healthcare spaceWork on value creation mandates for both principal investors and portfolio companiesStructuring and ensuring the development of reports encompassing the relevant analysis, findings and recommendationsSupporting clients (private and public sector) in their localization efforts through value chain analysis, identification of investment opportunities and conduction of feasibility studiesDeveloping market assessment, commercial due diligence, business plan and corporate strategy for clients in the Healthcare sectorOverseeing the successful delivery of projects, which may include multiple projects at a timeManaging the client relationship on a day-to-day basis including other stakeholdersSupporting on business development efforts across key geographies in the GCCProject budgeting and management, along with coaching and resource management on a portfolio of clientsBuilding long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to identify value add opportunities for existing and potential clientsDeveloping value propositions for the clients by anticipating their future needs and the competitor landscapeThe RequirementsRelevant experience within the M&A space, preferably from a professional services backgroundSuccessful when leading teams and delivering projects through to completionEager to build long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to identify value add opportunities for existing and potential clientsSuccess in providing transaction-related services such as market assessments, Commercial Due Diligences, Operational Due DiligencesOpen to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally and externallyEvidence of contributing to the wider team and leading on successful business development opportunitiesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsManaging project workstreams and developing proposals, deliverables and reports using the Google suiteConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversYour flexibility to travel 60%-80% of the time depending on your base location. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
