Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.Role Responsibilities As a Deals Strategy & Operations Senior Associate supporting the Healthcare and Pharma sector, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Solving clients\' problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy developmentConducting feasibility studies, commercial due diligences, market assessments, and growth strategiesTaking ownership of components of engagements and collaborating with team members to deliver thorough and well-structured reportsResearching, aggregating and analyzing data; synthesizing large quantities of information; extracting meaningful insights to provide recommendations to our clientsSupporting internal business development activitiesActively work on engagement supporting Managers and Senior ManagersRequirementsRelevant experience within the M&A space, preferably from a professional services backgroundExperience in the Pharmaceuticals industry (Big Pharma or Generics), and Healthcare enterprisesActively conducted research for large size organizations and potential acquisitionsParticipated in conducting business plansCompleted market research for large size companiesComprehensive understanding and hands on with feasibility studiesEager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesPassionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levelsMotivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversAbility to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraintsArabic speaking considered a plusYour flexibility to travel 20%-40% of the time.
