Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.What to consider before applyingThis role has the option of being based out of our Dubai or Beirut office.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Deals Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Solving clients\' problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy developmentProviding strategic advice for our clients, with focus on pre-deal workSupporting clients (private and public sector) in their localization efforts through value chain analysis, identification of investment opportunities and conduction of feasibility studiesDeveloping market assessment, commercial due diligence, business plan and corporate strategy for clients in the Industrials sectorOverseeing the successful delivery of projects, which may include multiple projects at a time, while leading a team of 3-4 consultantsManaging the client relationship on a day-to-day basis and other stakeholdersManaging project budget, reporting on project costs, and managing payment collectionRequirementsRelevant experience within the M&A space, preferably from a professional services backgroundHas done research for company on potential acquisitions related to the consumer markets sectorParticipated in conducting business plansCompleted market research for large size organizationsComprehensive understanding of feasibility studiesEager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesPassionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levelsMotivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversAbility to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraintsYour flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time.
