Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Deals Strategy & Operations Senior Associate dedicated to the IMA sector, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Solving clients\' problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy developmentConducting market entry strategies and commercial due diligenceTaking ownership of components of engagements and collaborating with team members to deliver thorough and well-structured reportsResearching, aggregating and analyzing data; synthesizing large quantities of information; extracting meaningful insights to provide recommendations to our clientsSupporting internal business development activitiesRequirementsRelevant experience in a professionals services or strategy consulting firm where similar skills have been developed preferably with a focus in Industrial or Manufacturing sectorExposure to mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendationsProven record of success in commercial due diligence or corporate strategy rolesHands on experience with assisting clients in strategic planning and business reviews; growth, market entry and international expansion; and market opportunity sizingCompleted market research for large size organizationsComprehensive understanding of feasibility studiesEager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesPassionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levelsMotivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversArabic speaking considered a plusYour flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time.
