Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.ResponsibilitiesAs a Deals Strategy & Operations Healthcare Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing the successful delivery of projects (may include multiple projects at a time) and leading a team of 3-4 consultantsConducting feasibility studies, commercial due diligences, market assessments, and growth strategies for our clientsManaging and training a team throughout project delivery and business development opportunitiesFraming and understanding key client issues and requirements, and delivering mandates that meet client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and PwC\xe2\x80\x99s quality standardsManaging the client relationship and key client stakeholders on a day-to-day basisStructuring and ensuring the development of written reports encompassing the relevant analysis, findings and client recommendationsLeading client workshops with C-suite stakeholders to present project findingsManaging project budget, reporting on project costs, and managing payment collectionSupport in driving the business development agenda in a focused industry, including leading pitches and proposal workContributing to the wider business unit through knowledge sharing, recruitment, mentoring, training and other activitiesRequirementsRelevant experience within the M&A space, preferably from a professional services backgroundHands on experience within the Healthcare industry (Big Pharma or Generics, Hospitals)Participated in conducting business plansCompleted market research or commercial due diligence for large size organizationsSuccessful when leading teams and delivering projects through to completionProven experience of coaching junior team membersKeen to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both, internally with senior management, and externally with our clientsStrong time management and organizing skillsAbility to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlinesConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversYour flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
