Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including classrooms, play areas, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards. Observe and assess children\'s behavior, developmental progress, and individual needs, reporting any concerns or observations to the appropriate supervisor. Support children in developing self-help skills, independence, and positive social interactions with peers. Follow center policies and procedures regarding child supervision, discipline, and emergency protocols. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child\'s day, milestones, and any concerns or incidents that may arise.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant coursework preferred. Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is desirable. Genuine love for children and a passion for supporting their growth and development. Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude toward working with children and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the changing needs and dynamics of a daycare environment.
