Play a crucial role in managing databases on the current Mobile Money Platform, ensuring their performance, security, and availability. And prepare for the DB migration to a new platform.

Designing and implementing databases based on end users' specialized roles.

Ensuring high availability and quality of database systems.

Data Distribution and Accessibility:

Defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user in an appropriate format and timely manner.

Ensuring both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

Data Management and Security:

Using high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.

Minimizing database downtime and managing parameters for fast query responses.

Providing proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.

Enforcing and documenting database policies, procedures, and standards.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.

Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.

Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.

Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.

Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.

Familiarity with programming languages and APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.

Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Database Administrator (DBA) and/or Engineering.

In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).

Extensive experience with database technologies and architecture.

Sound knowledge of best practices in database engineering and data security.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
