Job Responsibilities
Manage the Data Team's activities, including data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment, and inbound/outbound contact center operations. Ensure the effective management and integrity of data within the CRM systems. Develop and implement SOPs for data maintenance, enrichment, validation, and list building. Manage data analytics and provide regular reports. Plan and evaluate data segmentation strategies. Continuously enhance process efficiency. Meet targets for speed, efficiency, quality, and internal customer satisfaction. Oversee third-party data entry, maintenance, and registration contracts, ensuring SLA compliance. Collaborate with the Corporate CRM team. Implement systems to uphold data quality and security. Prevent data leakage and misuse. Provide marketing teams with data availability reports and identify gaps to support event targets. Ensure adherence to data standards and perform periodic data cleansing. Generate reports to prevent database overuse and inform marketing strategies. Conduct monthly data forecasting and analysis against budget targets. Enhance performance by increasing efficiency and recommending new tools (e.g., CTI integration and automatic dialing). Coordinate with registration companies to ensure proper data controls and post-event database integration. Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and writing queries in SQL Server. Experience working with large data sets. Ability to communicate with stakeholders from Sales & Marketing departments. Seniority Level
