Formulate and execute a robust data science strategy that aligns with AI goals and overall vision. Act as the main point of contact for all data science inquiries, clearly conveying data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Supervise the development, testing, and deployment of AI models that tackle significant business challenges and produce measurable results. Promote the significance of data science within the organisation, encouraging support for data-driven decision-making. Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of data scientists, equipping them with the skills and resources needed for success. Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable position within a complex organisation.
