:Key Job Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain comprehensive data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant regulations such as UAE data protection law, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. 2. Stay updated on changes to data protection laws and regulations and ensure the organization\'s practices remain compliant. 3. Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with new projects, products, or processes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, security, and marketing, to integrate privacy considerations into business processes and product development lifecycle. 5. Implement and manage privacy management tools and technologies, with a particular focus on cookie consent management platforms. 6. Oversee the deployment of cookie consent banners, ensuring they are implemented correctly and provide users with clear and transparent information about data collection and processing activities. 7. Work closely with the IT department to ensure that privacy-enhancing technologies, such as anonymization and encryption, are effectively implemented to protect sensitive data. 8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with data privacy policies and identify areas for improvement. 9. Serve as a point of contact for data subjects to address privacy-related inquiries, requests, and complaints. 10. Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on data privacy best practices and regulatory requirements.Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills:1. Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science, law, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) is a plus. 2. Proven experience of at least 10 years in data privacy or information security roles, with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations. 3. Experience in implementing and managing privacy management tools and technologies, particularly cookie consent management platforms (e.g., Securiti, OneTrust, TrustArc). 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate privacy concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop pragmatic solutions. 6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of data privacy and protection. 7.
