Job Title:Data Modelling Specialist - Healthcare SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi, USEmployment Type:Contract As a Data Modeling Specialist, having experience in Payors Domain (Insurance, Claims, Remittances, Authorizations) specific to Healthcare Insurance industry.The role would involve working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data. Data Modeler will be contributing to the development and implementation of data modeling techniques and methodologies, ensuring data quality and integrity. Data Modeling will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing data requirements, and designing efficient data models to support business needs of Healthcare Insurance in general and Payors domain in particular.Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support insurance business processes and operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models.
Ensure data models align with organizational standards and best practices.
Maintain and optimize existing data models to enhance performance and scalability.
Implement data modeling solutions for Member/Customer 360 initiatives within the insurance domain.
Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure data models support business requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct data model reviews and validation sessions with business and technical teams.
Document data models, metadata, and data flow diagrams for reference and compliance purposes. Professional & Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Modeler, specifically within the insurance domain.
Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
Strong understanding of insurance operations(Claims & Settlement) and data requirements.
Experience with implementing Member/Customer 360 solutions in the insurance domain is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders.
