8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data migration and integration projects.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and CRM-to-CRM migration processes.
Strong proficiency in data lake architecture, technologies, and best practices (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark, AWS S3).
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
