The role involves leading the creation, development, and maintenance of data management strategies, standards, policies, and capabilities to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organizationKey Responsibilities:- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, document potential risks, and develop contingency plans
- Investigate data requirements to support the technology strategy and develop business cases for strategic data management capabilities
- Implement and manage data quality controls and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with standards
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, making adjustments as needed for project needs
- Contribute to and improve enterprise architecture practices, focusing on IT infrastructure and network architecture.
- Maintain a data management services catalog and ensure service delivery meets agreed levels, addressing any service delivery issues
- Supervise and provide expert advice to data management specialists, analysts, and consultants
- Collaborate with the IT security section to manage information-related risks
- Identify new data sources for business innovation and standardize data governance practices to support the overall strategyRequirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, big data, business intelligence, and data warehousing
- Strong understanding of risk management, IT infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
