This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization.In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive item data support to various departments and playing a pivotal role in the procurement process. As the backbone of our item data management, you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our ERP systems.Your responsibilities as a data item management coordinator

• Master Data Management: Maintain data structures within a document management system.
• ERP System Management: Manage, organize, coordinate, and update item data in the ERP system.
• ERP User Support: Provide training, assistance, and resolve incidents for ERP users within the Master Data environment.
• Data Reporting: Provide information upon request and generate (standard) item data reports.
• Issue Resolution: Support and resolve issues through Top Desk or IT tickets within the ERP system.
• Process Improvement: Initiate improvements in administrative processes and procedures.
• Data Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and update relevant data using ERP/database applications

Your qualitiesYou can make your mark as a data item management coordinator if you will have:

• Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Possessing advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and reporting, basic knowledge of databases, and preferably with understanding of Power BI.
• Affinity with ERP: Advanced knowledge and use of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of PIM Applications: Advanced.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Your team: You are part of the procurement team based in Abu Dhabi.
• Full/part-time job: The function of data item management coordinator is a fulltime position.
