:Director of Data and Business Intelligence will hold responsibility for overseeing the implementation and management of the business intelligence unit including: data gathering and analysis, dashboards development, data packaging, intelligence reports development, cross functional analysis, complement IT on governance efforts, data quality, implement cross checks to ensure clear source to consumption lineage, and storing data efficiently while upholding defined security standards.Responsibilities:1. Develop decision packages based on companys core business, operational functions, and front-line / users\' data2. Cross check information from multiple sources to provide accurate analysis on key operational elements and potentialfuture value creation areas3. Build use cases based on business requirements and derive foresight to accomplish companys objectives4. Conduct analysis on citizen and front-line data, and identify suggestion to enhance service delivery and citizen satisfaction5. Build prediction models to enhance operational efficiency6. Leverage emerging technology, e.g. AI, to automate events detections and enhance proactive engagement7. Provide single source of truth to drive decision-making8. Understand data demand to provide accurate intelligence reports and build data sharing packages for business users9. Drive proactive data collection from respective internal functions and relevant external bodies; in addition, work withvarious citizen facing teams to build citizen data collection models, and ensure regular updates and inputs10. Drive behavioral change across companys with the use of data-based decision making11. Support in implementing the data governance model across companys12. Support in defining data policies, procedures and processes13. Ensure data quality and integrity in coordination with the IT team, data owners and data stewards14. Design and deliver training to the wider companys team on data governance model and data infrastructure15. Organize and oversee periodic audits to assess data practices to understand data integrity16. Leverage existing tools to monitor and report on data quality17. Work with the companys IT team to manage IT security policies, data protection mechanisms and enterprise IT architectureRequirements * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field
