The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, entering data into our system, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Order Processing: - Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Enter orders into our system, including customer information, order details, and payment information. - Verify orders for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies or issues. 2. Data Entry: - Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, including customer information, order details, and product information. - Ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 3. Customer Communication: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to their orders. - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their orders and experience. 4. Order Fulfillment: - Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. - Monitor order status and resolve any issues or delays. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate reports on order processing and fulfillment, including metrics on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Requirements:1. Education - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, or logistics) preferred. 2. Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field. - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred. 3. Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Salary AED 3000-3500 + Benefits as per UAE law
