Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and prompt Data Entry Operator to join our team and handle invoice generation for our high-quality HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product items and pricing, ensuring accurate and timely invoice creation. Added knowledge of commerce is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input product and pricing information into the invoicing system.
• Generate and process invoices for HORECA clients, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company standards.
• Understand and interpret product items and pricing structures to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and related documents.
• Communicate with the sales and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Ensure prompt and efficient handling of all data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to invoicing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, preferably in the HORECA industry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in invoicing software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Basic understanding of commerce principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with invoicing for HORECA clients.
• Familiarity with product pricing and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
