The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in data management software. RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
Responsibilities to include:
• Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and manage physical and digital records.
• Perform regular backups and updates to safeguard data integrity.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues.
• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism..
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
Working Conditions:
• The role requires working from the office 5 days a week.
• The position is open to candidates with dependent visas.
