Data Entry Executive (Accounting Back Ground)

is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer system, databases, google sheets, MS Excel. They ensure data integrity, and support various departments by organizing and managing critical information.



Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in MS Excel, Google sheets with high accuracy. Verify and cross-check information for errors and discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data. Prepare and organize reports, documents, and spreadsheets. Retrieve and manage data as required for different teams. Perform quality control checks to ensure data consistency. Communicate with team members to resolve data issues. Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and finance teams for data validation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors with Accounting Background OR Related Field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google sheets.

Typing Speed:

Fast and accurate typing skills. 35-40 WPM

Attention to Detail:

Ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.

Experience:

Prior experience in Data Entry Executive. *

2 to 3 Years.
