Job Description

sWe are looking for a Data Entry Encoder who will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to the products, inventory, and sales.Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
Update and maintain records of products, inventory, and sales transactions.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
Generate reports and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Encoder or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with data entry software and systems is an advantage.
