Job Description
sWe are looking for a Data Entry Encoder who will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to the products, inventory, and sales.Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Update and maintain records of products, inventory, and sales transactions.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication.
- Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Encoder or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems is an advantage.
