Data Entry Co Ordinator

Job Description

• Drafting documents, transcription, identifying, saving, and filing legal documents
• Assisting with relationships with vendors and clients
• Organizing and scheduling of appointments and meetings
• Chronologizing medical records, billing and handling client payments
• Following the customer process for obtaining site access for the site team members and visitors. Ensure that site access for individuals stays current.
• Support team members with obtaining site housing. Support the team with any site housing issues.
• Maintain site office stock of housekeeping and admin supplies
• Working with co-workers as part of a team, and other tasks as they arise and as the team member demonstrates the ability to handle higher level tasks.






Requirements:




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• English language fluent, Arabic is a plus.
