Job Summary:

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining

product, sales, and inventory data

in our systems. This role requires

fast and accurate typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with retail operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update

product details, pricing, stock levels, and promotions

in the database. Maintain and manage

sales records, invoices, and purchase orders

. Verify and cross-check data for

accuracy and completeness

. Process

customer orders, returns, and refunds

in the system. Ensure

confidentiality and security

of all data.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in data entry, preferably in a

retail environment

.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management software (ERP, POS, or inventory systems)

. Strong

typing speed and accuracy

. Good

communication and teamwork skills

.

High school diploma or equivalent

(additional certifications in data management are a plus).
