Company Overview :
Our shipping company is looking to hire a Data Entry / Sales Representative for our USA back office operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive in generating sales, handling customer requests, and managing quotations. Please read the requirements carefully before applying.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively reach out to new and existing customers to promote freight forwarding services.
• Enter customer data, prepare quotes, and handle client requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries about rates, quotations, and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring follow-ups on all leads.
• Compile and verify data to ensure accuracy when preparing quotes for customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while pushing sales and achieving set targets.
• Keep all customer information confidential and secure.
• Ensure the proper use of office equipment and address any technical malfunctions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Sales experience (preferably in freight forwarding or logistics) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work night shifts (USA hours).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
• Must have strong communication skills and be a quick learner.

Working Hours :

• USA Time Zone (Night Shift) :
• Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM (UAE Time)
• Saturday: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM if needed once or twice
• Sunday: Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
