we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and error-free. This position is essential to the smooth functioning of our operations and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and systems.
Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies.
Update and maintain records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Retrieve and organize data for reports, audits, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or a related field are a plus.
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
