Position Summary:

We are seeking a Data Entry and Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, verify patient treatment details, and audit patient files for precision in treatment records and pricing. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in patient data management, supporting clinic efficiency, and ensuring the integrity of our client information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Data Entry: Enter and maintain patient records, including treatment details and personal information, into our clinic management system with precision.
• File Auditing: Regularly audit patient files to verify correct treatment information, pricing accuracy, and adherence to clinic policies.
• Data Analysis: Assist with analyzing patient data to identify trends, treatment popularity, and any discrepancies in records.
• Report Generation: Compile regular reports on patient visits, treatment types, and other key metrics to support management decision-making.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold data integrity and confidentiality in alignment with clinic standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry and auditing roles, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and experience with relevant software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.); experience with clinic management software is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and create meaningful reports.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
