We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial data. This role will involve entering and maintaining data in accounting software and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and update financial records in a timely manner.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure data consistency.
• Manage and organize digital files, ensuring all data is securely stored.
• Multi-task and support various administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
• Communicate with team members and provide updates on data-related tasks.
