About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and databases. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our organization's data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into various computer systems and databases,
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Adhere to data entry standards and procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.
• Assist with data cleaning and deduplication efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of data entry activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Stay updated on data entry best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Encoder or in a similar role.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
