Minimum Experience Required

• 6 years in Microsoft Technologies, Microsoft's Cloud for Sustainability
• Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Data Platform,
• Implementation projects
• Proven knowledge of ESG Reporting standards.
• Proven and relevant past technology consulting experience.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft Data & AI Technologies:
• Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified:
• Azure Data Scientist Associate, and Azure Database Administrator Associate.

ResponsibilitiesDelivery Lead and Program Manager will include the following key responsibilities:

• Led cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) in successfully delivering technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the clients mission and goals.
• Aggregate and present program level data to senior management.
• Lead complex engagements end-to-end across all delivery components: client satisfaction

ESG Data Management, Reporting and Microsoft's Cloud for Sustainability:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of Azure data solutions and Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM).
• Define the architecture of the ESG Reporting implementation involving Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM), Azure Platform Data ingestion, Power Platform, Operating Model, and Support.

Business Development:

• Develop proposals that include scope, assumptions, and implementation plan, with technology solution options.
• Originate business opportunities within a client and lead end-to-end the business development
