APM Terminals

We are looking for a data clerk to join the team, in this role, you will be responsible for:

Verifying, maintaining data accuracy of terminal activities into TOS (Terminal Operating System) Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as daily/Weekly and Monthly tracking reports, and Moves summaries Provide general data entry support across other teams Provide data updates to managers, and other departments to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science. Familiarity with container terminal operations, shipping, or port related data handling processes is preferred. Previous experience in data entry; experience in a port, container terminal, or logistics environment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI) and Basic understanding of database management software. Experience with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) or similar port management software is an advantage. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in data and ensure high levels of accuracy in all data entry and reporting tasks. Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
