Consisting of more than 20 leading international travel brands, we are proud to serve our global customer base as a leading, award-winning travel services provider.As Data & Process Analytics Controller, you will support all client implementation and onboarding processes for the assigned portfolio within dnata Travel Management, focusing on data accuracy, process integration, and management information reporting. You will drive overall performance by enhancing data reliability and accuracy, improving customer experience and prioritising initiatives based on customer value and complexity. You will also contribute to the customer acquisition strategy and client retention strategy, acting as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, CRM and Operations team, including identifying and resolving gaps in the customers' business programme including processes, systems and products. This is a full-time role and is based in our Dubai office.In this role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner providing support and challenge to their business area to help manage the value of their organisation.
Provide status reporting to assigned line of business for their projects, validating priorities & timelines and ensuring the technology and client implementation is being conducted in alignment with business objectives.
Embed the adoption of project management processes & techniques to drive the delivery of the reporting solutions to ensure deliverables are met in terms of quality, quantity and timelines against the agreed SLA.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all reporting outputs to support business and client objectives effectively.
Accountable for the technological and data set-ups within our internal systems per contractually agreed terms and scope of services. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate client systems requirements into the implementation plan.
Support Sales and Business Development teams both in DXB and the regions with regards to RFP responses, tenders and presentations where required.
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders & external IT vendor teams to manage data flow across systems (e.g. BI, ACE, Travelogix) feeding into TravelInsight, ensuring quality and consistency.
Lead the implementation and onboarding of corporate clients from a reporting perspective demanding various outputs (Weekly feeds, Monthly reporting, real-time dashboards etc).
Oversee data analytics functions, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
Lead the data governance & quality assurance capabilities within operations to ensure consistent data & meaningful reports.
Source the data from multiple systems & consolidating it to make meaningful info & seamless experience for the end users.
Lead the discovery or proof of concept sessions for Travel insight demonstrations with CRM & Sales teams attending the regular internal and external meetings.
Deliver client integration requirements for a diverse range of corporate accounts and business stakeholders
Manage business analysis for new business requirements and enhancements in line with the Program Increment (PI) deliverables.
Perform scope, feasibility and benchmark assessments for new products and projects as required.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality or a related Discipline.
Minimum 5+ Years of experience within the travel, tourism, leisure industry or in Commercial & Sales.
Strong knowledge of the global travel industry, including competitor activity.
Strong understanding of systems and technical architecture of solutions, with the ability to speak to different stakeholders, technical and non-technical, at the right level.
Strong knowledge of travel related systems, data requirements and reporting standards.
Advanced analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of business improvement processes.
