Job Description

Summary:

As a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You'll work with stakeholders to define business needs, analyze data, and build dashboards and reports that drive performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and automated reports Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Develop and optimize data models and data pipelines Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform decision-making Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Tools & Technologies:

SQL, Excel, Python or R Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools ETL tools like SSIS, Alteryx, or Airflow Data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in querying and manipulating large datasets Experience with data visualization and storytelling Understanding of data modeling and database concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field
