Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Talabna, a leading food aggregator company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data trends, interpreting complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Your analysis will help optimize our operations, enhance customer experience, and support strategic growth initiatives within the food and delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including sales, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Reporting: Create clear and concise reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance, identifying areas of improvement.
• Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and campaigns.
• Trend Identification: Identify patterns and trends in data that can inform business strategy, marketing efforts, and customer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, sales trends, and market dynamics.
• Process Optimization: Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the food, retail, or e-commerce sector.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with data modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food aggregator or food delivery industry.
