Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to support business objectives.

- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Monitor data quality and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
