Whom are we looking for?We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Python and R. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and R, with hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases such as SQL, and a strong understanding of data manipulation and extraction techniques.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create intuitive and impactful dashboards.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and algorithms, with the ability to develop and implement machine learning models.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and preparation to ensure high-quality analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer experience or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytical methodologies.

What's in it for you?

• This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 6 to 12 months, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance.
• Candidates will have an online interview, followed by an in-person interview.
• The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday, at our offices or our clients office in UAE.
