The Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The role involves assisting in the analysis of data, interpreting results, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations. Additionally, this role is responsible for consolidating and analyzing business processes and stakeholder requirements based on inputs of business function or tenants, translating the business needs into BI features, and contributing to embedding such business features on BI dashboards.The job scope also includes:Data Analysis & Interpretation
Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement
Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis requests and deep dives into specific business problems
Reporting & Visualization
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting
Data Quality & Integrity
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analysis process. Identify and resolve data quality issues or inconsistencies
Problem Solving
Identify business problems or challenges and formulate data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide analytical support
To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Power BI/ Tableau certification or learning badges (Analyst/Developer)
Minimum 5 years of data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or others
Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques
High level of mathematical ability
A methodical and logical approach

An understanding of the ethics of gathering and working with data
