Analyzing Reporting Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, data sources, and desired outcomes.
Designing Automated Solutions: Utilize advanced Excel features, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and VBA programming, to design automated reporting solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Developing Efficient Workflows: Streamline reporting processes by developing efficient workflows that minimize manual intervention and reduce errors.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compatibility with different data sources.
Documentation and Training: Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of automated reporting solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Excel features and automation techniques. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field. Candidate with accountancy background is prefered.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Excel automation and reporting.
Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel: Extensive experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and macro/VBA programming.
Automation Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing automated solutions in Excel to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data structures and identify patterns and trends.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
