We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets - Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel. - Data Management: Clean, validate, and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis for repair demand and supply - Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning. - Visualization: Create charts, graphs, and tables to effectively communicate data insights. - Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. - Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results.Requirements: Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. - Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros, and data visualization tools. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Technical Skills: Familiarity tableaue or Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
