We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Driven Properties. The Data Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the Dubai real estate market. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the Dubai real estate market.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate data findings and market trends to stakeholders, including senior management, real estate agents, and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for various projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the real estate market, including property prices, transaction volumes, and other key metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all data handling and reporting activities.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.
