Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and programming. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns

· Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions to business problems

· Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate insights to support business decisions

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance

· Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering

· 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

· Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
