Missions
People: The Key-User ensures the appropriate support to end-users concerning his perimeter. The Key-User trains end-users, both for process appropriation and IS tool. The KU has been trained to train the trainer cessions. He leads the knowledge of the solution with RBPO by managing the skill matrix dedicated to end-users. He is in charge to apply RBPO training supports for the specificities of the site or product line.
Solution: The Key-User tests new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution. The Key-User proposes IS or IT upgrades coming from his expertise or other workshops (Kaizen).
Processes: The Key-User is accountable for process solving issues (idocs) The Key-User is capturing incidents & defects raised by end-users. He processing characterization of issues. Whenever possible, he contains them by workaround. He (she) expresses issues & transmit them to the appropriate support team (RBPO). He (she) is co located with other KU in his (her) site for sharing best practices & upgrade proposal.
Data / Config: The Key-User is the leader of coherence of data (Config, Extract,...) for his stream within his (her) site and perform surveys data consistency with KU from other stream, even if those data are coming from other processes (ownership). The Key-User manages the accounts access in his (her) stream, according to internal control rules. The Key-User drives appropriate corrective action whenever it occurs. The KU puts in place and manages IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system. The Key-User is in charge of the elaboration of quality system reference and documentation of his (her) metier on his (her) site. The Key-User animate the indicators (effectiveness metrics & PKI) in his (her) perimeter.
Educational Degree: Master's degree in engineering, Supply chain, Data science, IT or equivalent
Experience/Skills: .Working experience with ERP systems (SAP : Production planning & Materials management) & Manufacturing execution System (MES) .Strong IT systems (Power BI, Qlik ) knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills .Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills .Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines .Strong communication skills, able to give direction in cross-functional environment, able to motivate and support colleagues in other functional areas .Capacity to train end-users and follow-up their technical development. .Fluent in English both written and spoken
Position based in Fez Will report to the Site GSI Manager.
