In the role of Data Analyst, we'll count on you to:
• Assist our project delivery teams in data research, analysis and benchmarks
• Do a deep dive research and extraction of meaningful data on variety of topics, as demanded by the project specific needs
• Summarize key findings into visual formats that give decision makers a clear understanding of key metrics impact to the business. This includes building visuals/reporting in Microsoft Power BI, as well as Power Point
• Document research processes and sources
• Assist with management reporting for executives, operations, and corporate, as well as prepare supporting presentations
• Support marketing activities, including researching on market trends and preparing company marketing materials
• Special projects as assigned by supervisor and/ or other team members
• Support with translations to/ from Arabic, as required by marketing or project delivery activities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, mathematics, economics, or applicable field
• Demonstrate working knowledge on similar tasks
• Strong communication skills are critical as this role will interact with executives and all levels of management
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ideal candidate is a self-starter, questions the status quo and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Desire and willingness to dig into the details. Attention to details is critical as well as the ability to communicate at a summary level for leadership
• Organization of data; Must be able to present information to various type of users in a succinct and easily understandable manner
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, mathematics, economics, or applicable field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role
• Strong communication skills are critical as this role will interact with executives and all levels of management in corporate, operations and finance & accounting
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ideal candidate is a self-starter, questions the status quo and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Desire and willingness to dig into the details. Attention to details is critical as well as the ability to communicate at a summary level for leadership
• Organization of data; Must be able to present financial information to finance and non-financial users in a succinct and easily understandable manner. This individual must excel at ?telling the story? of the financials
• Experience with Oracle's E-Business Suite, Business Intelligence, Hyperion and Alteryx applications a plus
