Job Description

This is a remote position. The role of a Data Analyst is multifaceted and encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Systematically identify and collect relevant data from internal databases, organizational systems, external vendor platforms, and client data sources.

o Ensure accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and audits, addressing errors promptly.

o Efficiently store and organize data across the organization using appropriate tools and technologies, ensuring security and accessibility.

o Effectively collaborate with our project teams to identify data requirements, leverage data to support project operations, and align data management practices with project goals.

o Maintain accurate and complete databases for easy accessibility in project-related activities.

o Cooperate closely with team members to ensure consistency in data management practices and provide support as needed.

o Play a pivotal role in maintaining data systems and spearheading the development and implementation of data-driven processes.

o Record and track system changes, and policy versions.

o Automate excel files where possible, create easier to use data and search features

o Provide dashboards in formats for senior management

o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

o Manage systems and educational platforms, providing necessary support to team members.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate insights into overall organization enhancements on data and feedback

o Provide recommendations for internal platforms and systems improvements based

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or SAS.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Familiarity with database management and querying (SQL).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and solve problems.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly language
