Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee our Client's Di Ammonia Plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of operators to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the plant. The Supervisor will be required to monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators to ensure smooth operation of the Di Ammonia Plant.

Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Train and mentor plant operators to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Manage inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Prepare reports on plant performance, production output, and any incidents or deviations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a chemical manufacturing plant, preferably with experience in Di Ammonia production.

Strong knowledge of Di Ammonia production processes and equipment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to chemical manufacturing.
